NCOA
The National Change of Address (NCOA) is the United States Post Office (USPS) service that collects change of address information. This is the information that citizens provide when they move and fill out the change of address form at the USPS. All of the change of address information is entered into the USPS's database, which is called the NCOA database, and maintained for 48 months. Licensed companies are allowed to compare names and addresses against this database (such as our AddressFinder service) to update the address with this move information.

Section 508 Compliance
Section 508 compliance refers to the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which mandates that federal agencies make their electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities. This includes ensuring that websites, software, and other digital tools are usable by individuals with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. The goal is to provide comparable access to information and services for everyone, regardless of their abilities.
